FAT SUBASTANCES ANALYSIS

Oils and fats represent the matrix on which the laboratory has a consolidated and heterogeneous experience. Oils obtained from oil seeds and oleaginous fruits, vegetable fats, are not only used in the food industry, but are also widely used in the cosmetics industry and in renewable energy research. Therefore, the analytical targets with which fatty substances are analysed can be very different and, consequently, the services offered must be tailored to the needs of individual customers.
